Hi
Wondering if anybody has Hotpoint's CEO's email .
I am having disgraceful service from them and a item, that continually fails, Which we seem to have to put up with and wait up to a month each time to get it fixed, considering it is failing about every 3 months, it does start to really grind.

Just so you know, your contract is usually with the retailer, not the manufacturer. Might help you get somewhere faster.0
