Insure your car with Esure!

Not only were they the cheapest quote by miles, but when I had to use them last week, i was quaking as I called them thinking: Oh bum, was it such a bright idea to insure on the cheap? :o

Fears answered within minutes. The man I called took my name and policy number, asked if the car was roadworthy and secure. Well, I said, it is roadworthy, but not that secure (lock bust and central locking ropey following being broken into). He said someone would ring within 5 minutes, and said good bye. This is me at that point: :o:confused:

5 minutes later, phone goes: a lady saying Green Flag were on the way, would be there within the hour, the car would be taken to my nearest garage (literally 2 mins away), and I would have a courtesy car within 48 hours.

This is me at that point:

Green flag arrived within 50 minutes. Me: :)

Garage rang next day, pick up the courtesy car at 5pm (well within 24 hours). Me: :D

Car FIXED and VALETED within the week (including having the door sent off to Peugeot to be reskinned and new lock made to my key).

This is me today: :j

So thanks Esure (and the local Garage, Furrows for Ford), for a flawless service from start to finish.
"It was not my intention to do this in front of you. For that, I'm sorry. But you can take my word for it, your mother had it comin'."

Overlord for the Axis of Evil (part time) :D

Makes a change for someone to make a happy post!

However if you have a reliable runner (or an old banger) get TPFT with Churchill. Got to be the cheapest I can find for my N Reg Astra. Save even more by having Home Insurance with them as well.

Good to hear of good service from esure as I insure with them mainly because of the price. Luckily I have not needed to use them yet for any problems. Also going to switch my Home insurance to esure, again because they are quite cheap.

I just switched to esure today. I must admit to being a bit hesitant as cheap usually means poor service, but your comments have certainly convinced me I made the right decision.

I never found esure cheap for me (depsite 9 years no claims bonus etc).
Tescos and elephant were always £100+ less.
