Do JCP still use this ES40 booklet.

Been forced to complete JSA application much to my annoyance, But i wasn't given a ES40 book. So how will they know where to send me when i sign on etc.

    Last time I signed I recall a booklet to record job searches applications - but not another one, but memory not what it was. Unless you mean the one JCP used to keep & what you signed on.

    I mean the ES40 book, It's green.

    It has your sign on time, day and advisor and box number, And also have a bit to end your claim. I was wondering if DWP stopped issuing these.

    And i was forced to sign JSA because i need money and citizens advice cant see me until 9th of september for make an appeal for ESA.
