Black Horse say cant find me

Hi, new to this forum and would greatly appreciate help from anyone here please.
I tried to inquire with Black Horse Ltd regarding 3 separate agreements I had on motorbikes in the past. I don't have my agreement numbers, only the last 4 digits and the start dates.
They say they can't find me on their systems as my information may be archived and the only possible way to find them is with agreement numbers. I called HSBC and the only numbers they could provide were direct debit mandate numbers which Black Horse say are no use to them.
So now I am stuck in limbo and can't ascertain if I even had PPI.
Can anyone suggest what I should do now please, if there is anything I can do.
Thanks

If you arranged the finance via the motorbike dealer then it is actually the dealer you complain to you. So, you could try them.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
