House of fraser ppi reclaim address

I ve had a house of fraser recognition card since around 2005. Originally it was a store card then it changed into a MasterCard.
I know I have had payment protection on it from the start but did nt know who to submit my claim to.
Originally the card provider was GE money, then Santander now it's New Day cards.
Wondered if anyone had any success and who they addressed the claim to, considering the provider has changed hands a few times.
I have printed off the claim form from this site already.
Any help would be appreciated :j

Mis-selling complaints must go to the original seller of the insurance, not the provider of it.0

How would I go about finding that out?0

Don't you remember?
Who actually sold you the card and the ppi policy? How/ where did you sign the agreements? In-store, on-line, postal application?0 -
when exactly was it sold?Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

a. I don't think you have much chance of anything if it was preregulation ie January 2005.
b. If you cant remember who even sold it to you, how are you going to prove it was miss sold to you.....
Answering some of the questions above might helpmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

It was taken out in house of fraser store. Early 2005. Never given as an option just appeared on my statements.0

You will, however, be able to refer your complaint to the Ombudsman if it is rejected.0
