Furniture Village - sofa delivered damaged

We purchased a sofa from Fyrniture Village which was delivered in a hurrendous state -endless pulls in the fabric and a few stains.. I am sure it was not brand new.
Furniture Village stated they would replace sofa, which came today & my partner has just text to inform me that since delivery men have gone and he has inspected it closer there are pulls in the replacement too!
I am not happy. we have signed a 3 years interest free credit agreement, but where do we stand? I just want to tell them to come & get it & we will go elsewhere.
Cannot believe we have waited another 6 weeks for the replacement which is damaged aswel!
Pls advise - many thanks

Don't know really. Did you OH inspect it on deliver? Are the faults the same as before?
I can only suggest taking some photos and sending to Customer Relations at the FV head office with chapter and verse. (Always finds it helps to a) set out problems in chronological order and b) enumerate faults/cause for complaint.
I have a very nice sofa I bought from FV but I did find their warehouse delivery systems not very efficient. Looks like it is there where your problem lies.0
