saving a clipart from word as a jpg

Anyone know how to do this? I have downloaded a clipart from word, which I want to use in my webpage. I think I need to save it as ajpeg to allow me to upload it unto my webpage (via my html editor). Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

What I would do is drag it onto a page, copy it, open Paint, paste it and then save as jpeg.

Install the free version of Screenhunter (http://www.wisdom-soft.com/), it is very handy anway and allows you to clip any size of rectangle from your screen into a jpg. Resize the image onscreen before you clip it for best results. I use this method for web pages lots.

If you have PowerPoint (which uses the same clipart as Word), insert the required clipart onto a blank sheet, then right click on the image and choose 'Save as picture...'.

This then allows you to save it as a jpg, among other formats.

I *think* you can just save the Word file in HTML format. This will separate the document into an HTML text file and standalone images.

I haven't installed Word's clip art on my PC, so can't test this, but I know it works if you embed "normal" images.

You could take a screen shot, paste the screen shot into your editing program and crop everything out except the clip art.
