A warranty which excludes wear. As every warranty does.

Only wear on certain consumables such as tyres and exhausts not on interior trim unless damaged.

Well done OP, your added instant insert from a manufacturer showing their bowing to your wishes plus an instruction to the ever honourable AC has me convinced.

Most surprised as it's obvious that the rubber seal around the door has also been damaged but only in a particular area. This would definitely indicate it was caused by whoever/whatever (your dog?) did in getting in/out of the car. But it bodes well for other Kia owners!
