Eminem Ticket Refund

I just wondered if anybody had any advice on where to go next....
I attended the first of two Eminem gigs at Wembley last month. Whilst Eminem (from what I could see on the screens) really did put on a good performance the sound was awful. During the performance Wembley even tweeted that they were experiencing issues with the sound.
I along with hundreds of other disappointed fans are currently locked in a ridiculous email battle with the company responsible for both the sound and the promotion of the event. To this date, no one has received a refund. Some have been offered alternative gig tickets as compensation, some have been told they will receive nothing and others (including myself) are still waiting to learn their fate.
The email correspondence between them and myself has been laughable. They claim twice now to have sent me an answer but funnily enough the only emails from them that i am not receiving are those containing details of the outcome of my request for a refund. I am bored of waiting, they have had plenty of time to get back to me what do I do next.
I paid in total just over £400 for my tickets, i was seated and was unable, like those in the standing area to move around to areas where the sound was a little better.
Can they seriously get away with this?
Thanks x

I've been to many gigs with bad sound over the years, some at Wembley, but I have never even considered asking for a refund. I shall watch this thread with interest.0

It was an Eminem concert, the sound was never going to be good.0

Wembley is poor for concerts, seen Oasis there and Eminem, part and parcel of it really0

Doesn't have to be bad at Wembley. I saw Roger Waters there last year and sound was superb.0

I was with a friend who'd been to an event there the previous week. She said the sound at the previous event had been very good. I don't think the venue can be blamed. Those responsible for the sound clearly got it wrong. I wouldn't mind but we had to sit through two hours of support acts (also inaudible) surely they could have spent that time fixing the issue?
I just find it a little strange that some people have been offered tickets to other gigs as compensation. Is that not them admitting fault? Also, when others whom have been refused compensatory tickets or a refund asked on what grounds they were refused, the company refused to answer.0 -
Letter Before Action? (Maybe those who HAVE been offered a form of compensation have taken that route?)0
