Is this form still valid or has it been retired?
If I'm planning for a divorce and want to state how many days a year I can have my child then where would this information need to go? Is it on the new Child Arrangment Order that came out in April 2014?
Basically I want something down on paper to say that I can have my child for x amount of days a year on these days. I don't want the other half turning round in 2 years time trying to restrict access.
thank you

the Statement of Arrangments form is no longer part of the divorce.
There is a 'no order' principal which says that orders should not be made regarding children except where is is necessary for the child's welfare, so the default position is that you and their other parent should agree on the arrangements.
You can agree with your ex tpo put something in writing as a record of the current arrangements but tbat would not stop the arrangemetns being diferent in a year or 2 years time, as the arrangemtns are always supposed to be based on what is in the best interests of the child, and their needs may change over time.
(this is no different to the situation where the Statement of Arrangements formed part of the divorce - it was only ever a snapshot of the arrangmetns as they were at the time the document was signed, not a guarantee for the future. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
