I think you made a mistake in the assumption of the OCF/HAVE from individual mutual funds is the same as part of a VLS finance accounting. Supply must be substantially cheaper than the search after a small packs for retail customers in large quantities for internal clients. That need will only be collected by the customer's costs, once.0

Note that the OCFs have just dropped across all Life Strategy funds from 0.29% to 0.24%!

The only funds I hold are ETFs (apart from a Prudential Pension)
Buying, holding, or selling ETFs is exactly the same as shares, except that ETFs have to be held on the platform, they can't be held as certificates in your own name.
