Duplicate Faster Payment Refunded

Hi all,
Yesterday I tried to transfer £200 from my 123 account to my TSB account, and somehow the payment was duplicated resulting in 2 payments of £200 to TSB. When I realised the error, I transferred £200 back from the TSB to the 123 account to correct it.
However, I've since discovered that Santander have also refunded the duplicate payment, therefore my 123 account is now £200 up, as there is no corresponding debit from the TSB account.
How will Santander rectify this? Will they attempt to chargeback the £200 from the TSB account at a later date? I'm just wondering if I need to ensure that there are funds in the TSB account for this? Or will they contact me?

Given the lack of clarity about exactly what happened, whose fault it was and what needs to be done to rectify matters, I'd suggest it would be worth you contacting them to ask these questions rather than waiting for them to contact you!0 -
I would say there is a very high chance that another £200 will be debited from your TSB account very soon, so eskbanker's suggestion to ring both banks is a very sensible one, especially if you don't have that much in the account now.0

It is quite possible, the error will get corrected with tonight's account update.
Check your account tomorrow morning!0 -
Thanks for the responses all.
Are Santander able to chargeback a faster payment from TSB without my authorisation?
Sadly I don't have the time to contact both banks and wait on hold for eternity...as it's their fault I think I will just let them rectify it. I've left enough cash in both accounts in case they take it from either the TSB account or the 123.
Checked again today and they haven't corrected it. Happy to earn 2.7p a day interest on it in the meantime :rotfl:0
