Well aren't you the big'un. Bully for you with all your success :rotfl:

The point is, you cant just up sticks and quit your job and become as "oh so successful" as your good old self overnight when you have many commitments, my family and mortgage come before anything and keeping a roof over their head, i arent going to up and walk at the drop of a hat and risk the roof over my families head when i cant pay the bills and no work magically jumps into my hands.
But if you solve this hours issue you could do some contracting along side the job? Start to build a client base?

OP - you are not the only person in the world with commitments.

But you are one of the very few that work donkey for free denying themselves an opportunity to earn more for less time, denying your family quality time spent with you etc etc - and then whinge on a public forum about how unlucky you are/how bad your employer is AND get abusive towards someone who tries to point you in right direction.

If you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got.

Found that tatoo place for yourself yet?
