Paris boat tour packages

We're off to Paris this week and I have been looking at pre-booking a boat tour, the eiffel tower and the Louvre as i detest queuing.
I don't have access to a printer so can't print any receipts off before we go, but is it really cheaper to book early or are there ticket offices in Paris where they can all be booked in advance?
Also, do any of you have any handy tips for Paris? We're going on our honeymoon (got married saturday (yay)). I've been to Paris 11 years ago with school (when i first met my now wife) but don't remember anything and her indoors has never been.
We've managed to buy one disney ticket with club card points (but didn't quite have enough for a 2nd as we've shifted our shopping to Aldi) but will need a 2nd - as above, is it as well to buy a ticket on the gate or can they be bought from a ticket vendor in Paris cheaper/with less queuing?
