how do you know you've won??

Hi, Ive been lucky enough to win many, many competitions. In fact i've won over 75 prizes including an all expenses paid trip to New York, my height in CDs (im 6'1), £3000 cash, Satellite receiver and recorder, 2 luxury hampers,
clothes, computers.
On every occassion I have been notified by post. Usually the prize is just sent to you straight away with no pre-notification which makes collecting the post in the morning a fantastic pleasure.
My secrets for winning, just enter lots and lots of competitions. You will win. Just believe in yourself. It will happen, you just need to be relentless with sending in those entry forms and/or entering on-line.

That's really reassuring to hear Comper21! Thanks for sharing that with us - I'm trying to blanket technique - entering everything I can see that I wouldn't mind winning Let's hope it pays off at some point, I'm patient, I can wait!

For the lady whose name is the same as a famous golfer, they could do a Google search on their name and exclude the word "golf". You do this by putting a dash (minus sign) in front of the word golf. So you would type into Google:

My Name -golf

Anyone could do this, modifying the exclusions to suit your name, and you can put as many exclusions in as you want.. So if you name was Steve Davis and, regardless of whether you were interesting or not, you could type into Google:

Steve Davis win -snooker -interesting

You can get Google to do that for you and email you the results - you need to register with Google and save your search here

It emails you once or twice a week with any new results it finds. I've found out about several wins that way. Mind you I also found out that I had a book published last week..... if only......
