Errors on my Ebay account 1 week now

I`m having problems with my ebay account and wondered if there was anything other than calling customer service AGAIN that i can do?
Basically for the last 7days i`m getting lots of messages from potential buyers trying to buy an item and getting various checkout errors ,most are mentioning shipping not set up correctly.
I know my auctions are set up fine because they are templates that i have sold many times over.
This is a business account and i have phoned top customer care several times and they assure me the problem is being dealt with by there `technical team`
I just cant believe it`s been a week now where i haven`t been able to sell any items, all i seem to be doing is answering emails from buyers that can`t complete checkout.
Meanwhile all my items are ending and i`m going to have to relist them all again at 30p each which i don`t think i should have to pay .
I really don`t know what to do next other than wait for it to be fixed

I have phoned eBay twice now to complain about this problem and been assured their technical team would call me back. I'm still waiting ...
According to eBay, the problems are caused by buyers using phones or tablets and if they use a desktop or laptop they should be able to buy.You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

Thanks for that info seems like it`s not just me then ,
I didn`t mention that a have sold a few items over the week but more errors than sales , i`ve tried putting some buyers on my exemption list and they were still getting errors, also i few buyers tried from there desktop and tablet phone etc with no luck .0
