Fridge freezer - freezer keeps defrosting

Ellie2758

Hi

we have a John Lewis integrated fridge freezer which is about 6 years old. For the past few years (since the guarantee ran out) the freezer part has taken to randomly defrosting itself so that all the food stored in it defrosts

Does anybody know what may be causing it and whether it is easily repaired?

thanks

Ellie
