Well in reality the holders of the Cup (Europe) retain the Cup if it ends at 14 points each, so Europe would be the "technical" winners.

Just signing up to this and I have seen Transfers? I have no idea in what way I will need to use a Transfer, can anyone explain?

Is this incase one of the 8 players I pick now, wont actually play on the first day, or something?...:huh:

I remember for the football, you needed to make subs before the kick-off of the first match for each day, which was easy enough.

Well after day 1 you might want to remove a player from your team that can't hit the fairway off the tee and has lost both matches he has played in, and select a replacement that's made 3 Eagles and an Albatross and won both matches they've played in.

Until 8pm tonight you can mess around with your team as much as you wish, after that (and it has been SUBMITTED) it's restricted to change by the number of transfers (2 per day).

By 23:59 TONIGHT you MUST have selected "YOUR CAPTAIN" for the ENTIRE tournament who will score DOUBLE POINTS.

By 23:59 EACH NIGHT you can use your 2 TRANSFERS to make a change to your selected 8 players.

Future transfers (2 per day) will become available at NOON for use that day (before 23:59)

Good news is that the vouchers for boots etc are now up to be redeemed against points, but only £5 ones, but there are higher denominations in cineworld vouchers.

The points score system in this is very sparse, isn't it?
From what I can see, it all comes down to the final day to actually earn any points:

How to Score Points
Fantasy points will be awarded based on the 'real-life' performance of the players in the tournament. The table below outlines how points will be awarded.

Outcome
Your player is on the winning team on the last day of the Ryder Cup
+50 pts
Your player is on the losing team on the last day of the Ryder Cup
-50 pts
For every ½ point gained +50 pts

"For every ½ point gained", sounds like it could be throughout the tournament however...

I applied to play in the World Cup Football, and had so much trouble getting my points credited to my account. Emails went back and forth and eventually I had to have a 20 min phone call - hardly worth it for the hassle
