Another thought. If your immediate problem is not your IVA, because you have a payment break, but that you don't have enough to live on right now, then you need to be looking at whather you are entitled to housing benefit and council tax benefit. http://www.turn2us.org.uk/benefits_search.aspx0

Thanks LTP, it's looking like the IVA will fail and we'll have to go to a DMP. At least sorting it out gives me something to do on my week off!0
