Well I have got to day 57 and no NTK! wooohooooo!
So I have filled out my appeal to POPLA and will now just wait to see what happens!

I like beating Ethical Group as they are indeed in my area. Their tin-pot HQ that looks like a shed is just off the A27 as you approach Worthing from the Arundel direction! They used to store their clamped/seized cars there before the Govt realised that was a criminal offence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
