Where can I find 'lock' fittings lock this?

Hi there, first post, hope this is the right section, I'm going to refurbish a wooden baby play pen, usual sanding down, primer ect, but what I think will really finish it off is some shinny new fittings.
This is what it has now, forgive me, but I don't know their correct term/type. The the whole thing folds down, these locks loop over and can be tightened up/locked by turning the the little nut to secure the whole thing when it's up.

I'm after some nice shinny Chrome ones really, that will really make this look lovely and new, as a fresh coat of paint will do wonders I think.
Can anyone point me to the correct term of these locks, or source for some nice shinny versions?

Thanks. Will try that, but I am also missing one. So need to find replacements.
Is there a specific name for this type?0
