Groupon voucher not available & partial refund

Hi everyone.
Yesterday I bought a voucher for 2 tickets to west side story next week, but when I called the number to book (which I did straight away) the lady told me all the groupon tickets had been sold and there was a problem with groupon still selling them when they should've said sold out.
I emailed groupon for an immediate refund but the reply today told me I was only entiled to a partial refund!!!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!!!:mad:
I've sent a reply sayinf i want a full refund but i need to know what language i need to use and what retail law i can use?
