I would work in the wording that jkdd77 said, as well. And of course send a copy to your card provider to reverse the transaction as it is disputed (research your rights in Germany to dispute a card transaction as it will differ from UK law).What do you think? Did I forget something?
Right - I agree with your view. It's an unfair contract, arguably, and they haven't done what it says.Should I write something about the parking charge as well?
