Help needed with choosing a Bank Account & Credit Card for day to day use !

In a bit of dilemma regarding Bank Accounts and Credit Cards, and just need others to have a read and really see what they would do in a Similar situation.
First the Bank Current Accounts, I have:
2 x Bank of Scotland Vantage Accounts each with £5k in (The Maximum), Paying 3% Interest
1 x Clydesdale Bank Current Account with £3k in (The Maximum), Paying 4% Interest
1 X TSB Current Account with £2k in (The Maximum), Paying 5% Interest
1 x Lloyds Premier Club Account with £5k in (The Maximum), Paying 4% Interest and all Benefits used.
1 x Halifax Reward for the Free £5 per month, money just transferred in and out leaving balance of £10 every month
1 x Barclays Bank Account with NIL balance and No Benefits or Interest etc.
Now I need a Current account for everyday use, but of course if I use any of the above that are at the maximum I have to top them up again as I spend, for example if I withdraw £20 in cash from TSB I need to transfer £20 back in to keep it at the maximum for the interest, yet I don't really want to open any more accounts.
So the first Question is which account from the above would you say was the best for day to day banking even if it does have to go up and down, all have Direct Debits etc set up where it is a requirement for the interest rate etc, this account would hold any surplus funds.
Now the Credit Cards:
All Credit cards are paid off in full each month if used, so no Interest is ever payable:
1 x Lloyds Premier Duo Avios, Limit £9250
1 x Natwest Platinum, Limit £5700
1 x Barclaycard Rewards, Limit £3500
1 x Halifax Reward, Limit £4950
1 x Bank of Scotland, Limit £4950
The current arrangement is to use the Lloyds one for everything and pay in full from the Lloyds Current Account, The Halifax one gets some spending to earn the Free £5 if over £300 spent per month.
But I am torn between using a Credit Card or not, some say its good, some says its just another bill every month and Its better to use your normal current account, which is fine, but again which one !.
Grateful for any advice or suggestions.

You could open another BoS Vantage, another TSB Plus, one or two Tescos, a Santander 123........ Santander 123 is great for cashback if you have the right sort of qualifying DDs.
Not sure about the best deals on CCs, may be ask on the CC forum. FWIW, I do all my spending on cashback CCs - 123 for petrol and food, and for other goods it is Barclaycard AMEX where AMEX is taken, and Barclaycard VISA or Nationwide Select where AMEX isn't taken.0 -
The best for daily use for me is Santander because of the cash back.0
