Chargeback Advice Needed

Hi all,
I need a little help/advice. I bought two tickets for a festival back in January. The festival was meant to take place last weekend but due to poor sales was called off less than two weeks prior. I bought these tickets using my RBS current account debit card, however during the period between buying the tickets and the festival being cancelled, I have closed the RBS account and switched to a Santander account. Everyone was promised refunds but now the ticket sellers website has disappeared and there is no way of contacting them. Other festival goers have been claiming their money back through chargeback but I'm not sure how I would go about this. Would I contact RBS or Santander with regards to receiving chargeback for goods not received? Or am I unlikely to received refund from either?
I am owed over £200 in refunds, which I was promised and this is obviously very stressful.
Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Although the account is closed they can still process charge backs and credit the refund to a new account. You bought the tickets using the RBS account so contact RBS.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
