Legion Parking Fine

My daughter has a parking charge notice issued by the Legion Group I was duly going to just pay it but when I tried to go online and pay I couldnt access their website, I have read some of the older posts on here and now not sure if we should pay it at all, any help please?

I'm not sure why anyone would want to pay a speculative unenforceable fake invoice.
If you want to pay nothing then read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of the page which gives you all the information you need to beat this and cost the parking company money.
