Scottish power and reclaiming owed money
Scottish power is taking ages to pay me back the money.I an owed around 150 pound and getting in contact with them is impossible. Even the callback feature does not work. I do not have a land line so waiting for over 40 minutes is costly and most of the time I have been cut off.
I resorted using email and they promise to sort out the issue within 30 days and that's been over a month ago. I closed my account with them on 13th June. It feels like I'm just being ignored by them.
What's the next step if they are just messing me around?
