Child Tax refund 2013-14 (when does HMRC refund)?

Hi
I am owed about £1000 from HMRC for Child Tax benefits, which were not paid to me in tax year 2013-14.
Its all in the review they recently sent me confirming they would be accepting for the 31st July deadline.
Generally how long does it take for HMRC to refund the monies owed from last tax year. once finalised on 31st July?
Any ideas?

The HMRC letter said it would automatically be renewed on 31/7/14.
I assume that it has been processed.0 -
Ok. The letter said I didn't need to do anything & they take last year statement as it is on 31/7/14.
I'll give them a call.0
