I wish... I have got wool out of the cupboard for my next 3 projects but not picked up my needles today.. I REALLY should.. but I need to feed my grotbags and get one out to church club and I can't start 1 of the things until my new circular needles arrives.. hopefully tomorrow!!

I need some more James Brett Chunky Marble in MC15 (purple) for a blanket for Moomins bed..

Oh if you do find them I would absolutely love a copy, they would make lovely table decorations, place names, stocking fillers... I'm excited about making them already! :)

  • I popped over to Ravelry and found this for knitted Ferrero Roche, so just in case Cumbrianshopoholic has any trouble finding the PDF, here is the link. I think you might need to join Ravalry but it's free to join and the pattern is also free :j

PSSO, I hope you don't mind me asking but I am new to knitting and do so on a loom but as these can be knitted flat it won't be a problem but the bit I don't understand is when it says.....(K2, K2tog) repeat to last 2 stitches, K2 = 20 stitches, what do they mean?

Don't mind at all, we all had to learn.
Is it the actual process of k2tog you don't quite understand? If so take a look at this. It's easier to watch than me trying to explain.

For the row you asked about, it's a decreasing row so worked as follows.

Knit the first two stitches as normal, then the next two together ( as in the video ) then two as normal, two together, all the way across and finally knitting the last two as normal, finishing with 20 stitches left on your needle.
