Why don't you just search the forum for 'Excel GPEOL rebuttal' which will be a good enough version to practically copy, even if Excel have changed it a bit recently.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry but I dont think this is enough
With this you need to be comparing the two documents and pointing out the changes to POPLA, then rebutting each new item.0 -
I think it is 'good enough' to give the OP something to work with and adapt. We know people win anyway, even when not rebutting Excel. They send redacted contracts and a pile of drivel about GPEOL and most posters won't want to be comparing GPEOL statements. You and I would, but most posters won't and some sort of GPEOL rebuttal is better than none. Also if the OP searches & finds a version from a thread before, he can work out for himself if it's relevant to his case & adapt the wording - it will at least give him an idea of how to word the email.
GPEOL rebuttals are being discussed currently on about 3 or 4 Excel threads here on page 1 or 2 right now and this is getting silly, being repeated. Obviously a rebuttal has to be a fluid document in terms of it having to be adapted to suit as PPCs change what they say. Shouldn't take a person too long to just demolish what they say and email it to POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Right now it's a question of time for me - I know it'll take me at least a couple of hours to find what I need, read through, understand, adapt etc, and with various work/life commitments (ie - a new one is about to enter the world!) it's just the last thing on my mind.
Thanks for all of your advice - if I do decide to enter a rebuttal I will post it here.0 -

Hi All - as it turns out, a rebuttal wasn't needed - I won! Already said thanks in the decisions thread, but I want to make sure that message gets through - you are all fantastic people!0
