Personalised Greetings Card

Hi
I've been looking for a greetings card for a special occasion, I know exactly what I want but I can't find a card anywhere. It's a fairly simple design (a silhouette of a country with a heart indicating an area on the silhouette and an inscription on the front and inside).

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Alternatively, are you a card maker that could do this sort of thing?

This sounds fairly easy to do- are you wanting to try making it yourself? It is probably worth posting on the 'making cards ideas' thread....you can also click on the homepage of people who post over there as many have links to their bl*gs where you can check out the cards they make and contact them.
Another possibility is using the Not on the High Street web site.
