Contacting seller without opening case

Hi, I won an item today and I intend to pick it up from the seller, I've always done this in previous purchases. Ebay is nagging me to pay for the purchase so I want to contact him to tell him when I'll pick it up and pay, but I'm afraid if I click on the wrong item in the contact seller I may accidentally open a case. If I click on other will that be O.K., or will it open case? Which reason do I chose?

Useful to know. Every time when something's gone wrong I'd like to resolve it without eBay needing to be involved but found the contact button would always open a case whether you wanted to or not. I've now seen this option doesn't.0
