Contacting seller without opening case

Hi, I won an item today and I intend to pick it up from the seller, I've always done this in previous purchases. Ebay is nagging me to pay for the purchase so I want to contact him to tell him when I'll pick it up and pay, but I'm afraid if I click on the wrong item in the contact seller I may accidentally open a case. If I click on other will that be O.K., or will it open case? Which reason do I chose?

    'Other' will be fine.

  • If you just want/need to ask a seller a question, please always use "other".

Useful to know. Every time when something's gone wrong I'd like to resolve it without eBay needing to be involved but found the contact button would always open a case whether you wanted to or not. I've now seen this option doesn't.
