PPI and Current Loan

I have been thinking about reclaiming my PPI from my credit card account which I have had since 2005 and is still open. However, I am concerned as I have a bank loan with the same bank, taken out recently and I have read that if you claim PPI on one account they may reclaim or cancel the loan on another account. Could someone let me know if this is correct and whether I am safe to continue claiming PPI back on my credit card? Thank you.

It should not make a difference to the loan at all.0
