I can log into my talktalk account ok, but I can't open my inbox.

Since yesterday, I can log in to my talktalk email account ok, but I can't get into my inbox (including emails already in there prior to yesterday evening). I am still able to create and send emails. I have tried on a variety of machines, and using both safari and internet explorer. When I try this on the talktalk website, and click on Inbox or on Check Messages, it comes up with an aol error page, saying Gah! with error message no 0251. It tells me to try again later, but it still the same.
