I'm about to be super-dim op.
I don't see any ref. to this 'parking event' having been ANPR'd.
Do I assume this was allegedly 'recorded' in pe's famously inaccurate Entry/Exit reg.no.pics? You refer to Pay and Display, so it may not be so.
You won't want those ANPR para.s if they do not apply.
I also agree strongly with half_way re: pursuing the scumpany for costs/reimbursement. There are good examples of this:
'The expenses I may claim are not exhaustive but may include the cost of stamps, envelopes, travel expenses, legal fees, phonecalls, electronic and other communication and copying costs etc. In addition, I will charge you for my time in challenging this parking charge at the applicable current hourly Court rate. The runng total currently stands at 9.5hrs...........'CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

@& - almost certainly ANPR at Aldi. And I'd be certain too that the 'ticket machine' at the bag packing counter, to which the OP alludes, would be a keypad through which customers are required to enter their VRM, thereafter logged against the ANPR photos on the PE system. Forget to input VRM, or get it slightly wrong - PCN in the post, regardless of length of stay! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

A similar system is being introduced in many Lidls too. You have to give over your registrations at the till or somewhere else to have it recorded that you shopped there. But they always seen to use ANPR for the recording of who visit.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Yes I received photo evidence of arriving and leaving with the times on, so I leave the ANPR in... Right? It was a little confusing because of the pay and display and think I cut out all that doesn't apply to me.
One more question, should I post or send it online?
Thanks guys0 -
Online is fine but make sure you get the automated response and keep it.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking.
