On checking my credit card statement I noticed a payment to this company....a quick google showed it as a travel insurance company.
As I'm not going anywhere I suspected a fraud on my card.
The bank advised me to ring the company...I did....only to reveal that I had bought travel insurance from them 2years ago!!! and this was an automatic yearly renewal.....this time last year I suffered a loss so must have over looked this payment.....I've not had any emails, letters etc from the company about the renewal....but apparently it is on about page 5 of their T&C's.....bloody cheek, page 5 of about 30 he said.....who actually sits and reads all that.
So a warning, if you have ever bought insurance from them, please check they are not still taking money from you. Luckily I have managed to get back this payment but they have managed to get £29 off me for nothing last year!!!!!....
