I work full time, look after my parents and older children, socialise ... and cook healthily :)

Tonight is not a great example but we had pasta - chicken (cooked by me, frozen in chunks and defrosted) and sweetcorn in a cheese, pesto and creme fraiche sauce.

Served with a salad in less than ten minutes.

    Then I had chocolate :o

... and my house is a mess :o:o
    de do-do-do, de dar-dar-dar ;)

    HI Graham

One way to save you some time is to get your shopping delivered. Make a meal plan for a week's worth of food, then order your shopping. In the time you used to spend shopping you could rustle up dinner for that night, with extra to freeze for another night, plus at least another night's (plus extra to freeze) meal. And that's without thinking about things like chops etc.
