I agree, this is a very good idea - we need to improve the energy efficiency of the entire housing stock.
Thre is one thing I would like to pick up on: the EnergyPerformance Certificate. This should not need to be less than 2 years old, it just needs to be from when the renter started renting the property. Also, for those renting privately I don't think it should be necessary to go for 2 improvements in order to qualify for the Government scheme (I can't recall the scheme's name just at the moment).0 -
