Vista and activation on a offline computer.

Hi,
If I have vista on a offline computer (used for music making only) and it has already been activated-because its offline with no internet access, will vista remind me from time to time that it needs to check its activation status (as I heard it likes to call home to microsoft from time to time) or should I have no probs in that regard?
