Parking charge notice from Parking Eye

I have just received a charge from Parking Eye for parking on the Range car park. I pulled onto the car park but the store was closed as it was after 8pm. My car was photographed and I have received a notice. Do I have a right to appeal as the store was closed so they cannot claim loss of income. The letter states that the maximum free stay authorised is 0 hours 0 minutes.

Why the new thread when the top thread covers all private parking tickets? One of the first things I say in that top thread is that the circumstances don't matter.I have just received a charge from Parking Eye for parking on the Range car park. DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
