oh yeh, conveniently forgotten.
Hey it was your metric, you were saying it wasn't there and it should have been, no matter how flawed. I genuinely believe that you don't understand that I'm mocking your standard while simultaneously judging you by it though. If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -

If by "finest" you mean "most correct" then I agree. And you're right, I am funny. If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -

Are you really trying to argue the toss about the price of every house in Harringay and Tottenham? There are reasons why people use data aggregates and tedium is one of them.0 -

A house painted in Arsenal colours in Tottenham. Probably won't ever sell! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

also, the yoy rate peaked in may.
OK, so you are index linking house prices. Is that the new definition of what a peak is?
As regard the yoy rate, so what? A peak in yoy change isn't necessarily a peak at all.0 -

How strange. Rightmove now has sold prices for E17 up to 22nd August. Of the last 50 or so houses sold I can only find one that went for less than £300k. In April eight houses went for an 'unheard' of sub £300k price.
Must be an alternate Walthamstow you're looking at.0 -
