Are you really trying to argue the toss about the price of every house in Harringay and Tottenham? There are reasons why people use data aggregates and tedium is one of them.

How strange. Rightmove now has sold prices for E17 up to 22nd August. Of the last 50 or so houses sold I can only find one that went for less than £300k. In April eight houses went for an 'unheard' of sub £300k price.

Must be an alternate Walthamstow you're looking at.
