Hi all Im half way through a 4 year PCP and starting to think ahead of what to do next in terms of a new car. I can confirm that the sacrifice is on gross pay.

I already have a salary sacrifice in place for Childcare vouchers and I am a member of the NHS Pension Scheme.

The bit that puts me off the salary sacrifice car scheme is the insurance aspect at the end of lease.
