Well I started my claim following all the messages on here saturday just gone was the deadline for the court process the 14 days was up and have just filled in my claim form on MCOL so total is £1402.50 with court costs on top hope I have done it all correctly.

Just noticed I didn,t really put enogh info in the box as to why I was claiming will it be a big issue at this stage0

I,ve got myself in a muddle I don,t think I put enough info in the MCOL box just basically wrote unfair default charges as to why I was claiming and also could I have claimed for a second account at the same time or is it a separate MCOL >Does anybody think its worth me phoning there customer service tom and asking for there advice.0

Phone them first thing in the morning before 10.00 am and cancel this claim and start another as your lack of information will be picked up by the bank's solicitor.
