Shower help please!

We have a Mira Sport electric shower. It still works and the low flow light is not lit, but the flow of water does not change when we switch between low, medium and high settings - there is no (motor?) noise from inside the shower. Water temperature is fine. Obviously something inside has stopped working - could anyone advise what it is please? Fixable or terminal?

the flow rate won't change unless you turn the temp kn0b down towards the cold indicator, the low/med/high is the power into the heater element, there is no motor so no you won't hear a noiseI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
