Decorator in the Bury area

Hi all,
I really need my living room decorating but I don't know any decorators so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a honest & reliable decorator in the Bury area. I'm on a pretty tight budget and half considering attempting it myself but I don't really know where to start and don't want to botch it.
Any recommendations would be gratefully received.

Or if there are any decorators who can give a rough guesstimate price on these measurements:
Main Wall = 16ft Long
Back Wall = 8ft
Small Wall = 4.5 ft
Medium Wall = 7.5ft
Wall with main window = 10.5ft
The ceiling height = 7.5ft
The small wall and medium wall is split by a sliding kitchen door.
We're going to strip all the walls as well.
I appreciate it's very difficult with just random measurements and no pictures but any ideas of a rough cost would be usefulIf At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00
