First of all I'd like to say that I have read the Newbie thread, and there was some really good advice in there which I am following. About to send off my first "soft" appeal using the template, but I'm still concerned about how I stand. Basically today I received two letters headed "Notice to Keeper / Driver / Hirer"…

So it's a 'little Hitler' who might not even own the land - but probably more likely to be the freeholder I would have thought. But that's for a POPLA appeal and yep you will see the other points do fit in with our appeal templates in post #3 of the Newbies thread. And for example, if the PPC sends POPLA a summary of their 'loss' in their 'evidence pack' and it doesn't include that bounty payment, then of course you could also email POPLA right at the death and point out such discrepancies in the sums.
