Moving Outlook Express Message Rules

Hi guys :hello:

does anyone know where the message rules that i have created on outlook express are stored so that i can import them on to my new laptop?

and also how do i make the icons smaller on the desktop cos this is the first time ive ever used Vista and i cant seem to find how to make them smaller

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/276511/ and for other OE things http://support.microsoft.com/kb/270670. Backup from old computer, restore to new.
