Parking Charge from UKPC

Hi guys,
I got a parking charge from UKPC yesterday for parking on a no unauthorised parking area. It was an access only road and they have pictures of my parked car. I was parked on a double yellow next to a building but was not obstructing the road or any exits. But its my fault for parking there. I thought it was OK because I usually see people park there and I did not notice the UKPC sign.
Just want some advise if I should pay the fee of £60 if paid within 14 days or £100 within 28 days?

Of course you shouldn't pay them a penny.
Read the 'newbies' thread at the top of the forum. If you are still unclear about how to proceed you will be able to ask more specific questions.:j0 -

OK then, just follow the instructions in the Newbies thread, or that is too much effort, pay £16 to http://www.parkingticketappeals.org.uk/ to make it go away. All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. I didn't know about parking ticket appeals, I might give them a go since I'm always at work and don't have much spare time. Thank you!0
