Parking Charge from UKPC

Hi guys,

I got a parking charge from UKPC yesterday for parking on a no unauthorised parking area. It was an access only road and they have pictures of my parked car. I was parked on a double yellow next to a building but was not obstructing the road or any exits. But its my fault for parking there. I thought it was OK because I usually see people park there and I did not notice the UKPC sign. :(

Just want some advise if I should pay the fee of £60 if paid within 14 days or £100 within 28 days?

  • Of course you shouldn't pay them a penny.

Read the 'newbies' thread at the top of the forum. If you are still unclear about how to proceed you will be able to ask more specific questions.

OK then, just follow the instructions in the Newbies thread, or that is too much effort, pay £16 to http://www.parkingticketappeals.org.uk/ to make it go away.

I didn't know about parking ticket appeals, I might give them a go since I'm always at work and don't have much spare time. Thank you!
