months since last payment problem equifax

So my credit file with equifax states in a yellow box, 12 months since last payment problem. How long will it take for the yellow box to go green? Its not having an impact on my score but I would like to see green boxes rather than a yellow. I know that the missed payment stays on my file for 6 years so I just wondered if that means thats how long the box takes to change colour

No potential lender will see the colour of a box on your file.
They also don't see the score that equifax sell to you.
A potential lender will assess the whole of your credit file (including the dates and frequency of missed payments) along with the other information on your application when making a lending decision.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi
I think mine went green after it was more than 12 months ie check next month -0 -

Why would they bother checking the dates and frequency of missed payments anyway when that info would effect your credit score. British Gas don't need to see your score when they have already set a pass or fail mark. If you pass they know you scored 907 or more.

I hear this all the time but is this really true. There was a British Gas official representative on this site a couple of years ago who said if your Experian score was 907 or above you passed their credit check.

Did you read the whole thread - specifically the reply from the Experian rep who said that the score provided to British Gas was a different one using different data including that you put on the British Gas application form?0 -
