I've been so stupid, over a months ago I signed up for 14 day free trial, and found out later that its a " bent" website deal, that I've paid nearly £200 and they can just keep taking money from my account.
I have contacted my bank, Lloyds, who won't give me a new card, but they are keeping an eye on my account, I have to return the products, and they will monitor my account to refund any further payments, but can't guarantee no others will come out, only that they will refund in 24 hrs,
I havent used the products , so I will send them back, but I've heard that the company might have moved? That refunds are almost impossible, that tech issues prevents easy refund and cancellation, and phone numbers are abroad.
Also heard that people who signed up also suffered other unauthorised transactions, like t mobile etc, I can;t see my bank preventing that......
Does anyone have any up to date advice on how I prevent more money going from my account.
Does anyone have an up to date address to send them back to?
I've read that they might have moved?
Also read that its almost impossible to get a refund, and the back can only issue me a "refund" within 24hrs, it doesnt stop them taking it!
Do you think I should put some kind of stop on my account and open another account with same bank or another?
I usually help others but in this case I don;t want to be a bank investigation guinea pig, I just want it to stop and not happen , I can;t afford any money to go missing even for 24hrs
Any advice, links or experience thats recent would be much appreciated !

I was stupid too. I called my bank (RBS) and for 3 months the Raspberry ketone company took £60 from my account but each time the amount was refunded by 6pm the same day from the bank.
After the 3rd month I received a letter from Raspberry ketones saying my subscription was now cancelled and they have taken no more money since.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Don't ever stop believing........

Oh what a nightmare, so glad you got refunded in the end.
Did you send the products back?0 -
The company name that appeared on my online bank statement was :
http://econsumerservices.com/contact-us/
The bank told me they are the raspberry and green coffee company and the money went to them. But the econsumerservices website looks like a place to claim your money back, I'm confused and havent dared touch it!
What do you think?0 -

I was offered a free gift if i filled in a survey for M&S. I chose the supplements and paid 2.95 for postage. I didnt pick up on anything as i thought it would be genuine m&s offer. I have had £93.00 deducted from my bank account. I cannot make any form of contact with ketonethin. I do not have any account details or delivery note details as i have thrown the away. I did contact my bank and as i have notified them within the cancellation period they refunded my £93.00. I phoned M&S and they said it was not their fault and nothing to do with them as it was a pop up. Can anyone give me contact details to KETONETHIN??0
